I was still pretty sick until around Wednesday.  At this point I&#8217;m feeling a lot more like my old self again.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>One of the unfortunate side effects of the nausea is that it made me hungry all the time &#8212; believe it or not!  It is a strange kind of feeling that is a mix of nausea and hunger, but it would get somewhat better when I ate.  Of course, I have gained around 7 pounds during the last two weeks!  I&#8217;m hoping to get a couple of those pounds off before the next treatment cycle begins again.<\/p>\n<p>I had forgotten what it feels like to be &#8220;me&#8221;.  I can feel such a huge difference in my everyday activities now that I&#8217;m off the chemo for a couple of days.
