This is<br \/>\na little over two years since the cancer went into remission.<\/p>\n<p>The doctors (both oncologist and gastro doctors) are basically just going<br \/>\nto see me every 12 months now, I believe.  Both tell me that there is no need<br \/>\nto see me more often just to tell me that nothing is wrong.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll have an endoscopy on January 28, and then a CAT scan in April.  My doctors don&#8217;t expect to find anything, but I&#8217;ll probably get these tests once a year now.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I had an appointment with my oncologist on December 8, 2004.
