This month I picked some games that I remembered very fondly, but apparently weren&#8217;t particular favorites of the group&#8230;  Oh well, it&#8217;s my machine!  \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discs of Tron<\/li>\n<li>Star Wars<\/li>\n<li>Spy Hunter<\/li>\n<li>Make Trax<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally!  The yoke control panel is finished!!  I&#8217;ve been planning that panel for 2 years or so, and even had parts for it for over a year before it finally got finished today. And as usual, I don&#8217;t like to keep my own prizes, so the first place prize of a pack of &#8220;gold digger&#8221; gum went to Bill since he was all &#8220;golden&#8221; tonight.<\/p>\n<p>Lowest score: Domenica.  She got the orange scented (orange powered?) anti-bacterial wipes to help clean up the wounds she must have received from the beating she took in the games.<\/p>\n<p>It seems that no one but me really enjoyed Discs of Tron.  Too bad, really.  I find it a very fun game.  Spy Hunter was kind of popular.  It definitely plays nicely with the flight yoke as a steering wheel (that game is just about unplayable with my Pole Position steering wheel).<\/p>\n<p>It was a fun night.  I&#8217;m glad to be hosting the arcade nights again.  I&#8217;m planning on polling the group for a list of &#8220;best-of&#8221; kinds of games &#8211; next time we&#8217;ll play some games that have been favorites for people other than me!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The start of year two!
