6 years in remission

Today marks the 6th anniversary of the MALT Lymphoma being declared in remission. I probably should have had some kind of celebration planned. But honestly, the cancer didn’t interrupt my life all that much. Some doctor visits, some low-grade chemo treatments, and life goes on.

As I’ve posted earlier, my oncologist has officially “cut me loose” and any recurrence will just be detected via normal physicals, etc.

Rick,

It’s obviously been way too long since we’ve been in touch because I didn’t even know you’d had cancer – let alone remission! Praise the LORD!

Congratulations! I love your site…we have much in common, such as overcoming lymphoma and our love of Intellivision (Really appreciate your Lock ‘N Chase screenshot showing the 10th item that I could never yet! Now if only you mentioned how many points you got for that… ;-)
